Growing Organic Fruits and Vegetables Across Our Fields

CFR Farms grows a wide range of organic fruits and vegetables, all cultivated without synthetic pesticides. From berries to root vegetables to fresh herbs, our produce goes from field to table through our retail outlet, online store, and wholesale partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores across the GTA.

Our fruit program includes raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, plums, citrus, and stone fruit, while our vegetable and herb program spans more than 25 varieties, from garlic and squash to leafy greens and fresh herbs.

We’ve built walk-in freezer and cold storage on site to preserve freshness and keep produce available year-round — and any surplus is donated weekly to our local food bank and the Salvation Army kitchen.

Ensuring Year-Round Availability

Fresh produce is seasonal by nature. Building out walk-in freezer and cold storage capacity has been essential to giving our hotel, restaurant, and grocery partners the consistent, year-round supply they need.
